About Me

Everything is bespoke and tailored with your goals, likes and ability always in mind, you won't get shouted at for not being able to do a full burpee on day one, you won't be made to feel guilty, stupid or belittled. I make it a mission to make my clients feel happy about coming to the gym and leave feeling accomplished, confident and excited about what you can achieve in the future!
I have had people lose 15kg in the first 2 months training with me, however the average person loses about 4-5 kilos or 8.8 - 10.10lbs per month which is incredible and while still being able to have foods you enjoy, this is all done through habit changes.
This is a unique opportunity for you to get fit, lose weight, have fun and leave feeling empowered, strong and with a spring in your step.

How Many times a week should i exercise?
I would recommend some kind of exercise 3 to 6 times a week with a friend, trainer or just on your own in your home, park, going for a 30 minute walk around the park counts as exercise, and if you can do that every day, your health should massively improve!

What should i do if i don't have time for personal Trainer
You have 168 hours per week, out of those 168 can you spare just 3-5 hours for you, for your health, you mind and your body! I'm pretty sure no-one is so busy they can't prioritise their health for 3 hours a week, you are genuinely that busy, then you really need to put yourself first.
