Almost everyone will get knee pain at least once in their lives, it’s annoying, it’s painful, and it’s fixable!

During these exercises or right after you may feel your pain get worse, in most cases this is normal and good however the pain should go down after an hour but up to a day, if it stays or keeps getting worse then do not continue these exercises and seek professional help like Lewis.
