Welcome to another instalment of our weekly hints and tips to help you on your way to meeting your fitness goals.
Are you up to the challenge?
Step 1 - Warm-Up
Every successful workout starts with a good warm up, so take the time to complete 3 minutes cardio, either a light jog or cycle will do, followed by 5 minutes dynamic stretching and 2 minutes of a body weight circuit.
Step 2 – The Workout
Tuck jumps - 30 seconds jumping, 30 seconds resting, 5x rounds.

Step 3 – Cool Down
The cool down process is important, so be sure to complete a thorough post-workout stretch, Static stretches mixed with foam rolling is good to do now!
WEEKLY DIET HINTS & TIPS
For this week try swapping your salted caramel mocha with cream, for a sugar free hazelnut americano with a touch of milk, this could cut at least 100-400 calories - depending on size, milk the baristas use and the amount of cream etc. If you don’t drink coffee why don’t you swap your highest calorie treat for lower calorie version, Don't cut it out, just swap it, that way you will still enjoy it and stick to your diet better!
