Dan is a great PT who takes time to listen to your needs and tailor the workout plans to suit your goals and abilities, and that keep you interested and motivated. He is always a text away with answers to your questions and if he doesn't know, he'll go away and do the research. This is what I especially appreciated. He didn't just provide a blanket workout that would work for anyone, he took into account every aspect and was willing to learn more about you. Couldn't recommend him enough!

I suffer with anxiety and find crowded open spaces difficult, Dan was excellent at supporting me with my training in the gym, he kept me focused and ensured I felt comfortable. "My initial goal when joining the gym was to just lose weight, however, due to suffering with back problems I wasn't confident on using any equipment apart from the cross trainer and bike. Since training with Dan not only have I achieved my goal of losing weight but I'm now also a lot stronger. The most amazing trainer I have ever meet listens to everything you have to say and what you want to work on. He is always a txt away when questions need answering and he puts you to your limits and makes you realise how strong you actually are. Training with Dan is incredibly easy. He pushes you, but without needing to bark or get angry - You feel pushed yet relaxed at the same time!
I have lost a lot of weight in a short space of time - because I’ve been committed to following Dan’s advice. Dan will provide all the evidence-based info he can and guide you on diet as well as exercise routine and posture.
I ask a lot of questions anyway but Dan answers everything he can, he admits if he doesn’t know, and goes away and research’s it. I asked the same questions over and over, such as which muscle groups were using when doing various exercises - but Dan never complains at repeat questions as he appreciate you taking an interest in getting it right!
Dan will reply when he can outside of sessions too, not many PTs do, and it all really helps.
I would definitely recommend Dan - his relaxed but ‘pushing’ approach is easy to get along with, and he provides as much info and support as he can. The greatest part of an actual session is that you do a mix of everything, instead of just boring ‘arms day 1’, ‘Chest and back day 2’ ‘legs …’ etc.
