The most amazing trainer I have ever meet listens to everything you have to say and what you want to work on. He is always a txt away when questions need answering and he puts you to your limits and makes you realise how strong you actually are. He is really bubbly and always makes you laugh throughout your session. He always has advice to give about your food which is really good and also, he always asks how you are and how’s your day. A trainer should always do the little things which mean a lot to his clients. I would highly recommend him the best trainer ever.

I started working with Dan in an attempt to lose weight and improve my overall fitness. What I have achieved in the eight weeks I trained with him was much more than that. My fitness levels and strength has massively improved and I am now doing exercises I would never have attempted on my own. As well as this I have a lot more confidence in myself and my ability thanks to support and encouragement throughout each session. I definitely enjoy going to the gym more, being able to understand the benefits of certain exercises and understand the importance of eating right. Dan is fun, energetic and very committed to working with you to achieve your goals, tailoring the program and sessions around the individual. I would highly recommend down to anyone looking to improve their fitness, self-confidence and lifestyle.
